Chronic illness can be all-consuming and isolating. You do not have to navigate it alone. We may not be able to take your pain or disease away (although we so wish we could), but we can work with you to navigate it in a more manageable way.

    Going to specialists and seeking a diagnosis can be a never-ending obstacle course that is disappointing and, at times, damaging to our psyche. This can create a miserable cycle that only exacerbates symptoms. Working through the trauma can rewire the nervous system to allow you to regulate in triggering situations.
