My approach to therapy is relational, attachment, and emotion-focused, with thoughtful consideration for each person's unique needs. I am committed to providing neuroaffirming and trauma-sensitive therapy for people of all ages. In our sessions I draw from my continued training in play therapy, neuroaffirming care, attachment and complex trauma, and emotion-focused approaches. Whether you or your loved ones are facing the impacts of trauma, neurodevelopmental diagnoses like ADHD or autism (formally diagnosed or self-identified), attachment wounds, anxiety, parenting difficulties, relationship issues, or significant life changes, I will meet you with empathy and compassion.

In every session, I account for how trauma and systemic barriers affect you so I can offer care that is holistic and tailored to your lived experience. My intention is to walk alongside you, fostering growth, healing, and self-discovery while honoring your unique story.
