So many of us move through life carrying stories, wounds, and protective patterns that once protected us, but no longer allow us to feel fully connected - to ourselves or to others. I approach therapy as a space for slowing down, building insight, and gently exploring those experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together, we work toward deeper self-understanding, more meaningful relationships, and a greater sense of alignment in your life.
Much of my work centers around couples and intimate relationships. I am passionate about helping partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict with greater care and understanding, rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and cultivate relationships that feel more intentional, secure, and connected. I view relationships as living systems that require honesty, vulnerability, accountability, and tenderness in order to grow. In our work together, I gently encourage each partner to explore how their own emotional responses and protective patterns contribute to the dynamics they experience together.
I also work with individuals navigating life transitions, identity and belonging, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, or the feeling of being overwhelmed by the weight of the world. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your values, challenge old narratives, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
I am especially passionate about working with neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, and I strive to offer care that is affirming, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each client’s lived experience. I recognize that many people move through relationships and systems that have not always made space for their full humanity, and I consider it a privilege to help create an environment where clients feel safe enough to show up fully as themselves.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing grows through compassion, connection, and a deeper understanding of ourselves and one another.
I’m Jamie.
